Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from our website means you agree to them.

ORDERING

You can buy products from us online, and/or by telephone. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation for your payment and one with your order details.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American express and Discover, this is done securely via Paypal. All prices are in British Pounds.

DELIVERY

All items will be delivered from Istanbul/Turkey. Please allow one week for production. We will send you an email notification when your order gets shipped out. For custom orders please allow a minimum of 10 working days for your order to be processed. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate. We are only an email away! 

We provide standard shipping with track number.

Delivery time for Europe 1 to 2 weeks

Shipping delivery time for everywhere else  2 to 3 weeks.

If you are in a hurry please contact us for fast delivery methods.

We will not issue a refund for lost, unclaimed or undelivered mail.

Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses - we ship to your PAYPAL address -  In this case, no refund will be made. 

RETURNS

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the goods to us in unused and in sellable condition by recorded delivery and with original packaging - within 7 working days - for a full refund. The customer is liable for all shipping costs. Please also make sure you have proof of delivery as we cannot refund you for lost goods in transit.

  • For items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping
  • When an item is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
  • For items you want to exchange or refund, you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it to us and to be sent back to you.

If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit, please contact us to file a claim with the post office. The damaged item must be photographed in order to make a claim.

All sale items are final... yes final :-) 

PRODUCT CARE

Cushions - remove from insert and wash in cold water inside out - hang to dry - please do not use a drier or iron on the reverse side with medium or high heat.
Tote bags - Spot cleaning only. 

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs if instructions are not followed.

Screen printing and dyeing is an organic process. As a result, the print quality and colour will vary from one piece to another. We do our best to show every detail in our catalog photos but every product might be slightly different.
